Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Any cancellation by the patron before curtain and any cancellation of the show, or inability to produce or complete the given performance by the theater, will result in a full refund to the patron. If the patron cancels, there will also be a cancellation fee. For patrons arriving after curtain, admission is at the discretion of the theater, depending on the progress of the performance at that point, and the theater’s ability to seat patrons after curtain without disruption to either the performance or previously seated patrons. If the patrons arriving after curtain cannot be seated, or choose not to enter the performance late, it will be treated the same as a missed performance. For missed performances, there will be no refund. However, patrons will receive a credit for the face value of the ticket transferable towards any other performance of the same production without incurring an additional service charge, if they reschedule at that time with that theater. Patrons may also elect to use their credit toward any other show offered through Tiny Tickets. Cancellations and requests for credit may be submitted in writing as follows:

by email to: admin@tinytickets.com
by fax to 323-375-0115 ATTN: TT Credit Dept.
or by US Mail to Tiny Tickets, Box 21732, Eagan, MN 55121 USA.

Please give your name, the number of tickets, the show missed, and, if requesting transfer, the replacement show desired, if known at that time.

Patrons may also cancel, receive credit, or transfer tickets by calling the office at 323-319-5203 to make those arrangements. Patrons are asked to use the phone for such purpose only if they are calling the same day as the performance to cancel, or to transfer their credits to another show with a curtain time within 30 hours of the curtain for the performance they have missed. If the patron, for example, misses the ticketed show which had an 8pm curtain, and wants to use the credit to attend the late night performance of another Tiny Tickets show at 11pm the same evening, the matinee of another show at 3pm the next day, or any other Tiny Tickets show with a curtain within 30 hours of the original missed curtain, the patron should call the box office. All others please use the written policy given above. Patrons will be charged a rescheduling fee.

We hope to be able to offer ‘self help’ cancellations, credits and transfers online to our registered patrons at the Tiny Tickets website in the near future.
